Exchange and Refund Policy
Dear customer,

We would like to inform you about our exchange and refund policy regarding art purchases in our gallery, in accordance with French law.
Firstly, it is important to note that art galleries are not obligated to offer returns or exchanges for art purchases, except in cases of defects or non-compliance with the provided description.
However, for your satisfaction, we have implemented a voluntary return or exchange policy. This means that if you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us within a limited timeframe, as specified in our terms and conditions of sale. We can then either exchange the artwork for another item or refund the purchase price, according to our conditions.
It is important to note that this voluntary return or exchange policy is subject to specific conditions, such as maintaining the artwork in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Therefore, we invite you to carefully read our general terms and conditions of sale before finalizing your purchase.
If you encounter an issue with your artwork, such as a defect or non-compliance, you have the right to exercise your legal warranty of conformity. This allows you to obtain the repair or replacement of the artwork, or a refund of its price, within a period of two years from the delivery of the artwork.
We hope that this information will be helpful to you and that you will enjoy your purchase with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions or if you need assistance.
Sincerely,

The Jam Teery Art Gallery Team
